Description: This is technically an Imperial IPA with an estimated ABV of almost 8%. We wanted to find a "hop bomb" with character. We found this in the Galena hop. The Galena is a very intense hop that we tried to level out with copious amounts of honey, thus mixing in a subtle sweetness, adding complexity and giving the craft beer aficionado something to ponder upon. "The Royal We" because we pride ourselves on listening to the local expectations and feed it was made in collaboration with our neighbors.
