Description: When we brewed Silent Orchestra for our last Dark Beer Box we snuck 400l away into some ex-bourbon, ex-maple syrup barrels. The liquorice and raspberry flavours have remained prominent but have been rounded off by its time in oak and finishes with a smooth sweetness from the maple syrup barrels. Limited release BA Imperial Liquorice and Raspberry Stout
