Description: We packed the mash tun with enough grain to create a Double IPA but the yeast gave up the fight just little over 7.2% ABV. Ironically the beer was very balanced in its presentation. So we decided to leave it as is versus pushing for a higher alcohol percentage. No it’s not a Double IPA. This is just a Big Ass full-bodied IPA guaranteed to please those who fancy classic American West Coast style IPAs.
