Description: Honeyberry is the fruit of the honeysuckle, with the taste of blueberries & raspberries with a little bit of vanilla. We added 500Kg of these berries and a small amount of gooseberries for extra tartness to a clean sour base beer. The fruit gives Honey Beary a glorious bright red colour. It's sharp and tart, with buckets of blueberry & citrus notes. This is the absolute perfect refreshing beer for sipping in the sunshine!
