Description: Blended from two and three year beers aged in French Oak, Act Two is the third in our series of 100% coolship-captured spontaneously fermented lambic-style beers. The blended beer was subsequently aged on locally grown blackberries and bottle conditioned for six months. Dry with jammy mouth puckering blackberry tartness layered with brettanomyces funk.
