Description: This beer was one we never intended on making year-round but we’re sure glad we did! We use UK Pilgrim & UK Sonnet hops with a healthy dose of rye malt to impart a spicy but floral flavor and aroma into this beer. This crowd pleaser has a very subtle kick and a dash of pale chocolate malt gives it the modest tawny color and malty finish.
