Description: Midnight Assassin is not only a collaboration with our good friends at Toppling Goliath but also an ode to one of our all-time favorite barrel-aged stouts, Toppling Goliath's legendary Assassin. Brewed in the summer of 2021, this recipe mash-up of Medianoche and Assassin rested in sets of 10-year Templeton Rye Whiskey and 9-year Blanton’s Bourbon barrels. We then aged the beer for for an additional 45 days on Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans to create an incredibly rich and flavorful stout—one that we believe lives up to the name Assassin.
