Description: After the booming success of Sweet Disposition in 2018, we invited our Mikerphone Brewing pals back to brew a second batch in 2021––an Imperial Stout that has been quietly aging in Weller 12-year Bourbon barrels for over 30 months. Post aging, we added Madagascan vanilla beans and pure Vermont maple syrup to ensure this blend is bursting at the seams with rich notes of maple syrup, light caramel, and smooth vanilla, followed by intense oak and bourbon richness. Needless to say, we think this bottle will pair perfectly with a tall stack of pancakes.
