We use our OG Sleepy Bear recipe that showcases the dance between imperial stout, time and barrel. Layers of chocolate, vanillin and oak blend to create a harmonious symphony. This is the definition of a classic barrel aged imperial stout. It's what started our whole barrel program here at Werk Force and we are forever in love with its simple structure yet complex finish.
