Description: Imperial Stout with Strawberry, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla This year we decided to put a new variant in the mix and we added strawberry puree and juice to some beautiful Sleepy Bear aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Notes of fresh baked graham crust, strawberry laced scone and vanilla whipped cream layer throughout. Toasty and roasty yet delicate fruit and dessert notes pair perfectly with the warm bourbon undertones. This will be a staple in the rotation of barrel aged Sleepy Bear series for years to come.
