Description: Imperial Stout with Cherry Juice, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla Our Double Barrel blend this year yielded some massive dark chocolate notes. We pondered on what would pair best with the cacao, coffee and roast notes of the malt and instantly thought of a throwback classic cherry imperial stout. We sourced some Montmorency tart cherry juice from northern Michigan to add after it sat in a blend of Buffalo Trace Bourbon followed by Weller Wheated Bourbon barrels. The end result is like slicing a knife through a double chocolate cherry filled tart. We are so very honored and excited to bring Double Barrel Cherry Chocolate Chunk to you.
