Description: First Cut Première Bière de Coupage 5.2% Impressions of: Asian pear, lemongrass, citrus flesh, subtle oak To celebrate this year giving way to the next, we went back through our barrel stock in early autumn and hand-blended beautiful examples of various farmhouse ales in our library. The selections span from before we opened our doors, to being fermented just prior to blending. With a focus on nuance and balance, our approach to blending shaped this once discrete lineage of farmhouse ales into a singular, harmonious offering. Chapters in a book of memories. A chance to revisit an experience. A celebration of the composite.
