Description: The inspiration for this Sour is the Bramble cocktail. The Bramble is a gin-based drink made with lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberry liqueur. Our version is a Kettle-Soured Ale fermented on a bed of blackberry puree. It is then aged on crushed juniper berries. Finally, we add just enough real lemon juice to balance it out.
