Description: Before early settlers began cultivating cranberries, they grew wild in natural bogs across Canada. As one of only a few fruits native to North America, we used cranberries to create this refreshing, thirst quenching, and uniquely satisfying cranberry sour. We introduce lactobacillus to sour the wort pre-fermentation, and then we ferment with English yeast to add a light yeast character. Finally, we finish off with a heaping helping of cranberries to create a sour that is just tart enough to cool you off on a hot summers day.
