Description: A hop lover’s dream featuring four kinds of hops including, CA grown organic Ivanhoe, Centennial, Nugget and Zeus which give off a floral aroma and slight citrusy flavor. We nearly broke the bank; two pounds of hops for every barrel of beer that we produce. The high bitterness is offset by a subtlety sweet malt backbone and high ABV.
