Description: Snow Wolf is brewed with 50% wheat malt and 50% northwest pale ale malt which makes it somewhat lighter in mouthfeel with a nice smooth sweetness from the white wheat. We then use Cascade hops in the boil along with Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook in the whirlpool. Snow Wolf is then dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial. Snow Wolf has big orange and lemon zest flavors with a citrus/floral aroma.
