We use Orange Blossom and Wildflower honey which gives a subtle honey sweetness that’s balanced by a good amount of hops. The orange peel combines with the citrusy Centennial Hops and the two honeys to give a great tasting spring White IPA. Get it while you can – when it’s gone it’s gone!
