Acidulus I | Wolf Of The Willows
ABV: 5.1%
Style: Sour - Other
Actively Produced
Description: Sour Blonde Ale. 'Acidulus’ – Latin adjective for ‘Sour’. Pilsner, wheat, rye, and toasted oat malts were carefully kettle soured with a beautiful strain of lactobacillus and fermented with a specialty yeast strain. Sensations of pineapple, mango, and white peach are supported by a clean and rounded lactic sourness, finishing with a full and complex yet refreshing mouthfeel. Unfined and unfiltered, with a low carbonation, allowing maximum flavour appreciation. Best enjoyed in a tulip or wine glass.
