We brew this every year and age it in freshly dumped bourbon barrels for months to achieve the smooth, balanced, silky, bourbon-infused malty richness that is Massacre. 2015 was our fourth year brewing, bottling, and wax-dipping each and every bottle. Complex, featuring dried stone fruits, chocolate, and a sturdy alcohol backbone.
