Description: This is not just another IPA. We brewed our most recent one-off with the most aromatic hops we could get our hands on. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops blend to give way to a tropical, citrus-forward hop experience. Notes of mango, pineapple, zesty citrus and saturated hop resin are prominent, with just enough bitterness to provide balance. A neutral base of Pilsner malt and flaked wheat provides a clean, fluffy base for these hops to take center stage.
