Description: The original plan for our recent Dopplesticke was to source extra fresh and exciting barrels with our friends at Stone to let it condition for a short period of time. The barrels we selected were New Riff Distilling and that time has come, and the final result is just what we were looking for. We’re getting up front flavors of dried stonefruit with some classic noble hop character throughout, melding with its original flavors of caramel and dried fruits.
