Description: For this round of our Imperial S’mores Stout we concocted with @horusagedales we decided to try some new brewing methods focused on increasing body and we're happy to say this batch is quite thick albeit at a slightly lower 9.1% ABV. We brewed this batch with Madagascar Vanilla Caviar (the best part of the bean), cinnamon and loads of hand-toasted marshmallows. This is one decadent stout akin to chewy chocolate fudge with a campfire-like nose. Like all of our big stouts this beer will evolve as it warms up to room temp revealing more vanilla and sweet cinnamon.
