Description: This is a re-brew of our collaboration with Casita Cerevezeria. Based on a Gotslandrika, juniper and smoke Viking beer. Mixed ferment in oak featuring Norwegian farmhouse yeast. We also added Cedar and pine. Beautiful acidity, with bright mid-pallet resiny conifers that fades to a bright clean up.
