Description: In the early stages of WBC; back in 2010, when we were just doing 10 gallon batches of Rubia, Pop's, and Wynwood IPA in the alley of the Octopus building in Wynwood, we wanted to produce a heavy hitting Ale with tropical fruit flavors. Using a blend of Nelson, Citra, and El Dorado hops brewed with Florida sugarcane our Imperial IPA was born. You'll find refreshing hints of stone fruit, gooseberry, and passion fruit balanced with a nice bitter dry finish.
