Description: The Antidote is a Wickson based (75%) blend, also composed of Gravenstein (5%), Sierra Beauty (10%), Holstein (5%) and Ribston Pippin (5%) apples. In the tradition of Normandy, this blend of heirloom apple varieties is dry and highly sparkling for a lively aromatic profile and light, acid-driven flavor. This cider glows with fresh apple character, that, upon pouring, takes us back to the day of harvest and the wet, woodsy orchard scents of fall.
