Description: GaLactic is an out of this world sour ale brewed exclusively with Galaxy hops. We start with souring wort in our kettle with an 8 strain blend of lacto bacteria. We then hop it with Galaxy and only as a hop burst with a massive load of hops all added in the last 15 minutes. Result is a seriously juicy sour ale with a clean lactic sourness paired with strong tropical fruit flavor and aroma.
